redevelopment of the Nineteenth and Twentieth century
galleries and staged many successful temporary exhibitions

Andrew played a major role in the implementation of a
Disaster Plan and staff training at this prestigious attraction
as well as organising public events |

Andrew played a significant role in the planning and implementation
of a major documentation backlog project, collection storage

Andrew had full responsibility for two major parts of
this National collection as well as managing public research
facilities and Public Records Office archives |

role in the planning and implementation of a major collection
storage move as well as establishing new stores, documentatuion

Andrew has undertaken
consultancy and freelance work since 1995 specialising
in social history and maritime collections with special

Steamer Collection
Andrew has been responsibility
for the collections of the Paddle Steamer Preservation
Society since 1995. The collection is now fully catalogued
and stored at Chatham Historic Dockyard |
Training
Andrew undertook his post-graduate museum studies training
at the Department of Museum Studies at the University
of Leicester between 1991-93 specialising in social history
curatorship |
Professional
Recognition
Andrew was made an Associate of the Museums Association
(AMA+) in London in 2004 in recognition of his experience
and expertise in museums gained since 1985 |
Developing

Andrew is a mentor for the Museums Association training
